You changed your clock, now change the batteries in your smoke detectors. Bring the old batteries to UUFN. We collect and take to recycle. This keeps them out of landfill and recovers some materials for reuse. Last year UUFN recovered 120 pounds of house hold batteries over the year and recycled them.
