Note Time Change - 10:00am Livestream only: Unitarian Universalists of Southern Delaware Civil Rights Tour
On July 10th, we are invited to attend the service of the Unitarian Universalists of Southern Delaware (the Lewes congregation). Eight members and friends of the UUSD were fortunate to travel together in April for a Civil Rights Tour. They visited Atlanta, Montgomery, Selma, and Birmingham, visiting such important sites as the Legacy Museum and Lynching Memorial, the Dexter Avenue and 16 Street Baptist churches, the Edmund Pettus Bridge and the Civil Rights Institute. The group will share their experiences and personal reflections about the trip and its meaning in today's troubled times.
You will be sent the livestream link to their service in the update. Please NOTE: Their service starts at 10 am.
