Service Description:
For Unitarian-Universalists, the biggest event of the year is General Assembly (GA) in June. Kecia McMillian and John Pesek attended GA 2023 as delegates and will share their experiences. They will highlight the proposed revision of Article II of the UUA bylaws as well as a motion to divest fossil fuel stocks from the UUA's endowment fund.
About the Speakers:
Kecia McMillian currently serves on the UUFN Endowment Committee, and John Pesek currently serves on the UUFN Board. Both also serve on the Eighth Principle Task Force.
