Hope Shall Come (Again) to You

When we experience great loss, devastating news, or take in too much of the pain of our larger world, we can feel overwhelmed with despair and grief for all that has been lost. How do we acknowledge these feelings and simultaneously carry on, knowing that hope and even joy will arise in us again? How do we let go of how we wish things had gone and move forward into what is?

Rev Heather Rion Starr is a life- long Unitarian Universalism, originally fro the Pacific Northwest.
Today she joins us from Connecticut, where she serves congregations in the central and eastern parts of the state. Heather and her spouse Cathy have two young children, Robin and Braden, with whom they have gotten to spend a whole lot more time at home this past year.
