Service Description:

The Universal Declaration of Human Rights, adopted in Paris on December 10, 1948 is a milestone document in the history of human rights with a strong connection to our Unitarian Universalist Principles and Purposes. If followed it would move the world closer to peace. The service explores the Declaration’s history, our UU connection, and thoughts on the human rights growth and needs of today. A candle will be lit for the 1st night of Hanukkah 2025.
