Music can lift us and bring us to new places. It feeds our spirit and builds community.

At UUFN, we have many ways to experience music.

We have many talented members of our congregation who sing, or play guitar or piano or flute, among other instruments.

Our worship space has a beautiful baby grand piano. From time to time, we invite guest musicians from the community or the University of Delaware or from father afield to come and play in our worship services. We have had duos and quartets and choirs sing at different times.

Members and friends are welcome to sing in our choir, and there are other musical opportunities available throughout the year – special music, instrumental opportunities, and playing piano for Sunday worship services.

Come make music with us!

If you are interested in joining the choir, would like to play another musical role, or if you have any other questions, please contact the UUFN Office by calling 302-368-2984 or contacting our Office Administrator at officeadmin@uufn.org.

The UUFN Choir

At the present time we do not have an active choir, but we hope to gather voices for a choir soon. We'll make an announcement on our website, our social media channels, and in UUpdate when we're able to do that. (If you don't receive UUpdate, you can subscribe from our UUpdate page.)

The Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Newark Choir is open to members and friends of the fellowship. No formal audition is required. New members are always welcome and a long-term commitment is not required.

The choir draws musical inspiration from many genres. The purpose of the choir is to enhance the worship service by presenting music that compliments the theme of the day.
